India wins bronze in the men's shotgun skeet team competition.

 With a combined score of 355, the men's skeet team of Angad Vir Singh Bajwa, Gurjoat Singh Khangura, and Anant Jeet Singh Naruka won the bronze medal in Hangzhou 2023.

In the men's skeet competition at the Asian Games, the Indian trio of Angad Vir Singh Bajwa, Gurjoat Khangura, and Anant Jeet Singh Naruka took home the bronze medal. India continued to rule the shooting range as the trio finished third with a combined score of 355. China grabbed first place and Qatar came in second. The Indian women's team, on the other hand, came in fourth place behind Thailand, China, and Kazakhstan in the shotgun skeet competition.


Anant Jeet Singh Naruka, 25, qualified for the men's individual skeet final in fourth place. On the other hand, Indians failed to qualify for the individual final or take home a team medal in the women's skeet competitions. India has collected 19 medals so far at the Asian Games 2023.


Indian shooter Sift Kaur Samra won the gold medal in the 50m rifle 3 positions women's solo final at the Asian Games 2023 by a huge margin of 7.3 points. By collecting 469.6 points, the 22-year-old shooter broke the previous record for the competition.


In the women's 25m pistol team competition, Manu Bhaker, Esha Singh, and Rhythm Sangwan successfully coordinated their shots to take home the gold medal.

With 451.9 points, Ashi Chouksey came in third place. She was up for a silver medal, but Zhang Qiongyue of China defeated her in the standing elimination round in Hangzhou. The Indian team had earlier won silver in the women's team 50m rifle 3 positions competition.
