Al Nasr defeated Al-Ahli with a score of 4-3.

Al-Nasr defeated Al-Ahly 4-3 in a thrilling match at Al-Awl Park in Riyadh on Friday during the seventh round of the Saudi Professional League.

With this impressive win, Al-Nasr increased their points total to 15, moving them to fifth place and ahead of Al-Ahly on goal difference. They also extended their advantage over league top team Al-Ittihad to three points.

Al-Nasr have lit up the league after a brilliant start to the season with a run of seven straight wins in the league, five in the league and two in Asia. He has scored 27 goals while conceding just six during his explosive streak.

Al-Nasr come into this crucial encounter on the back of their previous win over Persepolis in Tehran, where they sensationally won 2-0 in their AFC Champions League debut a few days ago.

Cristiano Ronaldo couldn't contain his excitement after the game and said, "We started the game with a bang, taking an early two-goal lead. Our main priorities were to win and make our supporters happy. We are on top right now. Scoreboard.

With the words, "I love football even at my age, and I will continue until my legs call me Cristiano," Ronaldo underlined his unwavering devotion to the beautiful game. However, I feel great right now, and I'm here to support the team.

Al-Nasr took the lead just five minutes into the game with a stunning finish while smoke from the stadium's fireworks still hung in the air. Senegalese Sadio Mane's perfect pass found Ronaldo, who skillfully dribbled past defenders and lobbed the ball past Senegalese goalkeeper Edouard Mendy.

Ronaldo narrowly missed doubling the advantage thanks to a superb cross from Brazilian maestro Anderson Talisca. In the ninth minute, Ronaldo reacted to the ball with a close range effort that just missed the mark.

But Al-Nasr did not loosen his grip on the game. Talisca nodded in at the far post after Spanish defender Americ Laporte's accurate header in the 17th minute.

Al-Ahli eventually discovered their beat. The 30th minute saw Ivorian player Frank Kessié take advantage of a through ball, evade defenders, and score.

Al-Nassr was given a direct free kick on the edge of the box by the referee, and Ronaldo took it, but Mendy made an incredible stop at the 45-second mark.

Al-Ahli had a great chance to tie the game in the last seconds of the first half. Gabri Veiga, a Spanish midfielder, outsmarted defenders inside the penalty area while delivering the ball to Allan Saint-Maximin, a Frenchman. An Al-Nassr defender, though, stepped in at the last second to prevent the opportunity.

Al-Ahli paid dearly for that missed opportunity, as Al-Nasr extended their lead in the next attack. At the 45:06 mark, Talisca took possession of the ball on the edge of the box and unleashed a powerful left-footed strike that rattled the crossbar before heading in. This goal strengthened their dominance.

Al-Ahli's Bassam Al-Hourighi was fouled by Talisca early in the second half and the referee awarded him a penalty, which Algeria's Riyad Mahrez easily converted in the 49th minute.

On 51 minutes, Ronaldo completed his second goal when Mane lifted the ball high and missed a one-on-one chance to score a fourth. In the 52nd minute, Ronaldo received the ball from Talisca, dodged a defender with a quick dribble, and struck the ball low with his left foot from outside the area.

With nine goals, Ronaldo has established himself as the league's leading scorer. He has a three-goal advantage over his team-mate Mane and Al-Hilal's Salem Al-Dosari, who have six goals each.

Al-Ahli made several attempts to come back but failed despite having a chance to score with a header by Brazilian striker Firmino in the 65th minute.

Saudi national team striker Feras Al Bricken, who entered the game as a second-half substitute, used a through ball from Mahrez to close the gap two minutes before the end of the game.

The game was still close enough when the referee added 10 minutes of stoppage time, but despite their best efforts, Al-Ahli could only manage a point, even hitting the crossbar in the final seconds.
